On the first evening of the photography workshop with Thorsten von Overgaard, I was looking out the window of the seminar room, which was really a luxury apartment Thorsten rented, on to a tapas bar right across the street. Who knows, maybe there would be something interesting to photograph. Well, not really.

But as I turned my head toward the room, I saw this image of our group on the windowpane. The double window glazing allowed for this incredible double reflection. Simple as that … no double exposure, no panning, just the plain image shot as is. The mood is pretty cool too, like being in a hip and trendy lounge.
Until my next post … take care!

This picture just comes together on its own … the lamp shade, the aqua hues, the man in the middle enthralled in his thoughts …
It is a moment in time, which you’ve managed to capture really well.

Mona P: It was really by coincidence that I saw the reflection of our group on the windowpane. The colors are as is too.
