Happy hour

One advantage of working freelance is being able to manage my own time, mostly. That means I can enjoy “happy hour” and cocktails anytime. I don’t really drink much alcohol, I’ve had my fair share in grad school but never to the point of unconsciousness. I do, however, indulge occasionally in a glass of rosé champagne (my favorite), red wine (Rioja, Ribera del Duero or Malbec), white wine (Riesling) and, of course, cocktails!
